All coaches and assistants must certify through Football USA this year, not NAYSA as in years past. You will have to be registered prior to the first game of the season. NO EXCEPTIONS! For coaches who have renewed their registrations before 5/31 are grandfathered in for this year only. You will be required to renew with Football USA for next season.Just a few things I learned when registering.When entering all the required information, you will need to put "not sure" under the National Affiliation, "Indian Nations Football Conference" under League, and/or "Claremore Youth Football Association" under Club.After entering all the required info, it will take you immediately to the payment screen. It shows $25 as the price, but you need to enter this promo code: CLA10 (caps CLA and number 10). It will give you a $5 discount bringing the price down to $20.00. The promo code will associate you to INFC. Please make sure all of your assistants know this promo code!!! I do not have email addresses for all of you coaches (I don't even know who half of them yet. :^)Below are instructions to send your coaches to aid them in registering for the certification program:
New USA Football members
- Go to www.usafootball.com/register
- Click Sign Up under the Coaching Membership column
- Enter in all the necessary information designated by the (*).
- Check the box that you agree to the terms and service
- At the top of the payment page there is a box to enter in the promo code. CLAREMORE YOUTH FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION PROMO CODE IS: CLA10
- Click the button below, Update Price.
- You will need to check your email for an automatic email from USA Football. Click on the link inside to activate your email address.
- You will now need to log into your account at www.usafootball.com in the login box on the top right hand side.
- Your username is your email address and the password you created during registration
- All of your membership tools are located in the blue Coaching Member box to the right.
