You MUST submit a copy of the front page of your 2009 Federal Income Tax return (1040, 1040A, 1040EZ) to be considered.
Decisions will be made after July 1st for cheer and football.

Returning players will not be able to check out equipment without a notice of award of assistance or payment in full of the registration fees. If an application for assistance is still pending, registration fees will have to be paid in order to check out equipment. If a player pays the registration fee and later receives an assistance award, a refund will be issued.
